Estimates
Estimates are based on the information and photos available at the time and may change if the actual scope of work differs once we’re on site. An estimate isn’t a guarantee of final price until it’s approved and converted to a job.
Payment
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Cash and check have no added fee. Card payments include a surcharge that covers our actual card processing cost — never more — shown either as a separate line or combined into the total depending on what your state requires.
The client portal
The client portal is provided as a convenience to view your job history, estimates, invoices, and photos, and to pay online. Keep your login code and any password you set private — you’re responsible for activity on your account.
Workmanship
We stand behind our restoration work. If something about a completed job doesn’t look right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
