What we collect
When you request an estimate through this website, we collect your name, email, phone number, town/ZIP, and whatever details you share about the job. If you use the client portal, we keep records tied to your account: job history, estimates and invoices, and before/after photos from your job.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to estimate requests, schedule and complete jobs, send invoices and estimates, and process payments. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the services below that help us run the business.
Photos of your job
Before & after photos taken during your job are kept on your account in the client portal. A photo is onlyshown publicly on this website’s gallery if we specifically choose to feature it — that’s never automatic, and you’re welcome to let us know if you’d rather a photo from your job not be used publicly.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy and security practices.
Where your data lives
Your information is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (hosting), both U.S.-based providers. Emails are sent through Resend. This site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) that don’t use tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable browsing data.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time, or ask what we have on file for you, by contacting us at RestoredSolution@aol.com.
